Next Contact Center Academy has partnered with the multinational companies in the customer contact service industry. We are in need of call-center agents for these positions: inbound sales, outbound sales and technical support.
All candidates will go through an assessment interview. Those who do not qualify can be endorsed to have a free-training course for call center agents.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate should have an excellent command of the English Language both oral and written.
Previous experience in the customer service industry is an advantage but not a requirement.
Computer literate with above average typing skills
Candidate must be willing to work shifting, graveyard and holidays
Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate, Undergraduate, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
