THE HERITAGE
Situated at the foot of Mt. Malarayat, at the heart of Lipa, Batangas, is the unique farming community of Hacienda San Benito.
Part of Lipa’s heritage is the Philippine Liberica also known as Kape Barako. This bold coffee, with its distinct pungent smell, once made the Philippines the 4th largest coffee producing country in the world. This effectively made Lipa prominent on the map. Because of its rarity, however, the Barako is nearing its extinction.

DISTRITO
The vast estate of Hacienda San Benito is divided into five (5) districts or distrito to accommodate your needs. Each lot has space allocated for your house and for farming. Choose from among these districts ranging in size from lots fit for young couples to vast estates. The Distritos are: the Pueblo, the Rancho, the Hacienda, the Vista and the Rotunda.
Pueblo
Lots ranges from 226 to 750 sqm.
